IONOS, a leading web hosting provider with over 4 million domains and 2 million customers, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Berlin. The company operates two TÜV-certified data centers with over 70,000 servers, offering a diverse range of products that are brought to life by its employees.
The Customer Service Representative will provide support to customers via phone and email after their company website has been created. He/She will identify and recommend additional products, escalate relevant customer requests, and ensure smooth internal communication. The role also involves efficient use and maintenance of CRM systems and updating knowledge databases.
The Role Involves:
- Supporting customers with website changes using a building-block system.
- Resolving escalated customer issues.
- Assisting customers with the creation of new web pages.
- Advising clients on online marketing products.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, ideally in the digital or creative industry.
- Strong knowledge of customer project support in web design and development.
- Excellent communication skills and knowledge of de-escalation techniques.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Basic IT knowledge and familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira.
- Experience with Omnichannel support.
