Technical Lead at Inbank

Inbank is seeking a Technical Lead to join their Credit Risk & Compliance Tribe. The company has over 440 employees and offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic. The Technical Lead will be responsible for the development of a critical area within credit risk, including developing Inbank systems, integrating third-party services, and building APIs.

The role involves:

• Developing Inbank systems.
• Integrating 3rd party services.
• Building APIs for integrations.
• Having a say in the overall architecture and system design.
• Championing best practices across the team.
• Building well-designed, testable, and efficient code.
• Participating in code reviews.
• Documenting and maintaining built systems.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer and leading a team.
• Previous experience with Java, AWS, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL.
• A proven track record of building sustainable software architecture.
• Ability to ensure high code quality.
• Proficiency in team development and technical roadmap planning.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Experience in the financial sector (bonus).
