Eucalyptus is seeking a Finance Reporting Analyst (Payroll) in Manila. The company is an Australian founded digital healthcare company. The analyst will play a key role in finance reporting.

Role involves:

  • Preparing monthly and yearly leave provision reconciliation, reports, and forecasts.
  • Calculating monthly intercompany payroll cost allocations.
  • Designing, building, and maintaining automated compensation and benefits reports.
  • Building and maintaining live headcount planning reports.
  • Contributing to strategic projects such as WGEA reporting and gender pay gap analysis.
  • Analyzing headcount costs between actual and budget.
  • Completing month-end payroll accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Reviewing payroll-related accounts in periodic P&L and Balance Sheet reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analysis, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Finance and Business Analyst, Compensation Analyst, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or other data visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements.
  • Strong accounting skills related to the GL/Financial statements and reconciliations.
