Eucalyptus, an Australian digital healthcare company, is seeking an Operations Associate to join their MedOps team. This role involves partnering with practitioners, driving process improvement, managing a Manila-based support team, tracking key metrics, and communicating across the business.Responsibilities include:

• Partnering with practitioners to ensure alignment on incentives and patient expectations.
• Proactively updating operational processes to improve efficiency.
• Managing a Manila based team.
• Monitoring key metrics.
• Communicating across the business with updates.
• Workforce planning & rostering to meet patient volumes.
• Autonomous problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in operations, consulting, or similar fields, with a passion for startups and healthcare. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential.Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience (operations, consulting, etc.)
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
