Job Description
MiQ is seeking a Sales Manager/Director to join its team in China. This role will act as a bridge between product marketing and the sales team, responsible for creating and organizing the product and sales knowledge hub. MiQ is a world-leading programmatic ads company with offices in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and close new agency and marketer business.
  • Leverage current agency/client direct network to win China Outbound business.
  • Identify and build relationships with agencies and marketers.
  • Respond to RFPs and prepare customized proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to up-sell existing campaigns.
  • Build and execute a strategic commercial plan.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Strong relationships across clients/agency groups within the China outbound market.
  • 3-5+ years’ experience in digital advertising sales, preferably programmatic.
  • Understanding of client business objectives and translating them into media proposals.
  • Deep product knowledge for strong programmatic solution selling.
  • Direct agency experience.
  • Experience building and executing against sales plans/forecasts.
