Marketing Analyst Graduate (Remote - Work from Anywhere) at Xapo Bank

Xapo Bank is seeking a Marketing Analyst Graduate to support marketing reporting and analytics projects. This remote role offers an opportunity to contribute to marketing KPI reporting, analyze campaigns, and leverage data-driven decisions.Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with Marketing KPI reports
• Campaign performance measurement and evaluation
• Data process improvement
• Supporting additional marketing analytics tasks as needed

Requirements:

• A recent Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or a related field
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to generate insights
• Familiarity with advertising and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Familiarity with business analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, etc.)
• Strong communication, writing, and teamwork skills to collaborate across teams
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
