MiQ is seeking a Global Innovation Director to lead their R&D team. This role involves providing leadership, defining the vision and roadmap for the unit, and collaborating with the VP Product, CTO & Chief Strategy Officer to identify projects and deliver solutions.

The Global Innovation Director will be responsible for discovering innovative solutions, building expertise in emerging ad channels, defining requirements for a client-facing R&D portal, and measuring the success of R&D projects.

Role involves:

  • Providing leadership for MiQ’s R&D team
  • Collaborating with VP Product, CTO & Chief Strategy Officer
  • Driving the discovery of innovative solutions to address key challenges
  • Sharing insights and knowledge with the broader product team
  • Defining requirements of a client-facing R&D portal
  • Measuring & reporting the success of R&D projects

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in the digital advertising and adtech space
  • An inspiring and collaborative leadership style
  • Software development skills, with proficiency in Java, Javascript, Python and knowledge of APIs
  • A deep curiosity in emerging technologies and ad channels
  • Excellent communication skills
