Front-End Engineer, Institutional

Job Description

Blockchain.com is seeking a Front-End Engineer to join its Institutional team in London. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking team player with a desire to learn and grow in a high-performance culture.

The Front-End Engineer will be responsible for building UIs, developing visualizations, and collaborating with traders to build optimized internal tools. The engineer will write well-tested code for use by trading, operation, and support teams. The role involves knowledge sharing and working on challenging problems.

Responsibilities:

• Build out new set of UIs for the institutional team
• Develop innovative visualizations of the user portfolio and responsive UIs
• Write well-tested, reliable code
• Proactively collaborate with team members

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience working with JavaScript and client-side web applications preferred
• Experience building innovative data visualisations
• Experience with React, TypeScript, NextJS, Styled Components
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor
• Experience interacting with crypto apps
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
