Senior Front-End Engineer, Institutional

Blockchain.com is seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer to join its Institutional team in London. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking team player with a strong desire to learn and grow within a high-performance culture.

He/She will be responsible for building new UIs, developing innovative data visualizations, and collaborating with traders to build optimized internal tools. The engineer will write well-tested code for trading, operations, and support teams. He/She will work on challenging problems in the cryptocurrency space and get exposure to the latest technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Build out a new set of UIs for the institutional team
• Develop innovative visualizations of the user portfolio and responsive UIs.
• Work closely with traders through implementation to build optimized and efficient internal tools.
• Write well-tested, reliable code for use by trading, operation and support teams with large amounts of data and live updates.
• Proactively collaborate with team members, ensuring the sharing of knowledge and efficient division of labor.

Requirements:

• Integrity
• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript and client-side web applications
• Experience building data visualizations
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, NextJS, Styled Components
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor
• Experience interacting with crypto apps
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
