Accounts Payable Analyst LATAM at Blockchain.com

Blockchain.com is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to manage the full accounts payable process for its LATAM entities. The role involves ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing invoices, calculating withholding taxes, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting accounts payable for other entities as needed.Responsibilities include:

• Managing vendor onboarding and compliance.
• Monitoring the AP email account.
• Uploading invoices to NetSuite and Onvio.
• Reviewing unpaid invoice reports.
• Calculating withholding taxes.
• Creating and distributing withholding tax certificates.
• Initiating payments and updating statuses in NetSuite & Onvio.
• Preparing monthly withholding reports and performing account reconciliations.
• Following up with vendors for missing documentation.
• Performing month-end closing tasks.
• Assisting with ROW AP duties.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-5 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software; NetSuite is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite / Google environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Withholding expertise
• Effective communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
