Senior/Lead Product Manager - Fiat experience

Job Description

Blockchain.com is seeking a Senior/Lead Product Manager with fiat experience to drive the global expansion of payment rails and enhance anti-fraud measures. The role involves optimizing fiat support capabilities, improving payment UX, and building an industry-leading risk and anti-fraud function. The Product Manager will collaborate with various teams to implement fraud detection tools, analyze feature impacts, and manage product roadmaps.

• Optimizing and expanding local fiat support.
• Enhancing payments UX.
• Managing relationships with banks and payment gateways.
• Building risk and anti-fraud functions.
• Creating and executing product roadmaps.

Requirements include 5-8 years of product management experience with at least 3 years in payments and fraud, strong analytical skills, and experience with payment rails such as cards, ACH, Apple Pay, SEPA, and Faster Payments.

• 5-8 years of Product Management experience
• 3+ years in payments and fraud
• Payment rail knowledge (cards, ACH, Apple Pay, SEPA, Faster Payments, etc.)
• Experience with risk and fraud teams
• Experience supporting new rails or currency for a Global Consumer Fintech
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working on cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills
