Staff Engineer, Release Management

Job Description

Reltio is seeking a Staff Engineer, Release Management to oversee key DevOps initiatives and ensure high-quality product releases. The role involves leading system infrastructure projects, optimizing automation scripts, managing cloud platform deployments, and communicating updates to customers.Responsibilities include:

• Planning, designing, and building effective solutions to support business growth.
• Leading infrastructure initiatives for a highly scalable and reliable platform.
• Mentoring the DevOps/Release team with best practices.
• Implementing standards for uptime SLA.
• Collaborating with Architects, Engineers, and Product Managers.
• Ensuring compliance with security and privacy standards.
• Optimizing infrastructure for a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise, SaaS software development and/or operations.
• 6+ years of experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining highly available applications in the cloud.
• Experience in continuous testing, systems automation, and orchestration.
• Knowledge of DevOps design patterns and best practices.
• Understanding of build and deployment systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A focus on business outcomes.

Skills that are nice to have:

• Understanding of data preparation, model training, and deployment processes.
• Experience using AI/ML services from cloud providers (AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform).
