NeuraFlash is seeking a Managed Services Lead to join their team. The Managed Services Lead will serve customers as a Solution Architect, providing industry best practices and serving as a trusted client advisor. They will leverage Salesforce technology to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions and drive continuous improvement and innovation on long-term customer engagements. The role involves leading multiple managed services engagements, partnering with customers to define and manage backlogs, and being responsible for engagement status and customer communication.
Responsibilities Include:
- Serving customers as a Solution Architect
- Leveraging Salesforce technology
- Leading managed services engagements
- Defining user personas
- Tracking engagement status
Requirements:
- Significant business process, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture experience
- Solid understanding of the full Salesforce Platform and its architecture
- 3-5+ years of hands on Salesforce platform experience
- Client facing experience
- Salesforce.com Admin certification
