Job Description
NeuraFlash is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales of its AI and Amazon solutions. The Account Executive will partner with AWS sales and customer success teams to identify and close new business opportunities. They will be responsible for managing the sales cycle, from lead generation to close, and for exceeding sales quotas. Role Involves:
  • Partnering with AWS sales and customer success organizations.
  • Identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • Managing lead follow-up, tasks, and forecasting within Salesforce.
  • Demonstrating how NeuraFlash can resolve client pain points.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in software sales, preferably within the Amazon Connect space.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and closing multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
  • Industry knowledge and a strong network with channel partners (AWS).
  • Experience selling innovative solutions to new customers and upselling to existing accounts.
  • Ability to present professionally to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • B.A./B.S Degree or equivalent experience.
