Salesforce Solution Architect, Field Service at NeuraFlash

NeuraFlash is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to join its Field Service team. The Solution Architect will work closely with the Field Service Practice Lead to understand customer business needs, identify requirements, and design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Facilitating business process reviews to identify customer requirements.
• Translating customer requirements into Salesforce designs.
• Configuring Salesforce Field Service Cloud solutions.
• Developing technical requirements and specifications.
• Driving best practice UX design.
• Managing projects and customer communications.
• Delivering customer training and documentation.
• Overseeing all aspects of assigned projects.
• Leading vision and strategy discussions.
• Partnering with the Artificial Intelligence team.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of project experience in a technical consulting and project management role.
• 2+ years of project delivery experience with Salesforce.
• Experience leading Enterprise Service Cloud projects.
• Professional experience owning the end-to-end SDLC.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce administration required.
• Expert-level experience in designing and creating Service Cloud solutions.
• Salesforce certifications preferred.
