iCapital is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Fund Accountant to join its growing International Fund Finance team in Hong Kong. The Assistant Vice President will play a crucial role in servicing open-ended and closed-ended access fund vehicles, working closely with third-party administrators and internal support staff. He/she will serve as the APAC region accounting and operational specialist for existing and new clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing sector of the business and enhance key processes through automation and product development.Responsibilities:
- Review NAVs produced by third-party fund administrators.
- Foster relationships with fund managers, administrators, and distributors.
- Enhance key processes and reporting for efficiency and scale.
- Monitor cash positions, liquidity, and reconciliations.
- Liaise with custodians, banks, and other counterparties.
- Fluent in Japanese and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 8+ years of fund accounting, administration, or finance operations experience.
- Advanced accounting and Excel skills.
