OneTrust is seeking a Collections Specialist to join its Finance organization in Madrid. The Collections Specialist will play a key role within the Collections team. The role involves maximizing collection activities of past due receivables. He/she will report to the EMEA AR/Collections Manager.Responsibilities include:
- Managing domestic and international accounts, ensuring timely follow-up on past-due invoices and dispute resolution.
- Addressing discrepancies, resolving payment issues, and reconciling accounts accurately.
- Maintaining accurate documentation in ERP.
- Proactively communicating payment delays.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of collections experience, including 2+ years in B2B settings and subscription-based business.
- Skilled at navigating ambiguity and thriving under pressure.
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Fluent in English and French, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in MS Office.
