Vaco, an uncommon company with an empowered culture, is seeking a Senior Associate, Business Development, for their Memphis, Tennessee location. The Business Developer will be responsible for generating sales, increasing revenue and profitability, and achieving performance metrics. This role involves working with professionals from various industries, focusing on skillsets such as transactional accounting, finance, supply chain, administration, and operations.Responsibilities include:
  • Establishing and developing client relationships.
  • Conducting prospecting activities via phone, email, and client visits.
  • Maintaining a target account list.
  • Managing open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
  • Generating leads through professional relationships and candidate interviews.
  • Utilizing the Applicant Tracking System to log all activity.
  • Collaborating with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill open positions.
Requirements include:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 to 3 years’ B2B sales experience or advanced, relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Proven success achieving and/or exceeding performance goals.
  • Detailed, organized, and adaptable nature.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
