Tide is seeking a Partnerships Manager to join their team in Bulgaria. In this role, the Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies to expand Tide's network and secure new collaborations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement partnership strategies aligned with Tide's growth objectives.
• Act as a key ambassador for the Tide brand.
• Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with partners.
• Drive the growth and scaling of existing partnerships.
• Oversee the entire partnership lifecycle.
• Maintain regular communication with key partners.
• Analyze market trends and partner performance.
• Provide consistent updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Passion for helping small businesses succeed.
• Experience in a partnership-driven, solution-focused sales environment.
• History of identifying and securing scalable partnerships.
• Comfort working in a B2B environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Highly organized and pragmatic.
