Too Good To Go is seeking a dedicated Franchise Area Specialist to join their HMSM team. The role focuses on supermarkets and Horeca franchises within the Nord Pas de Calais region. The Franchise Area Specialist will play a crucial role in expanding Too Good To Go's presence and impact in the fight against food waste.
Role Involves:
- Mapping and prospecting supermarkets in the designated area.
- Convincing stores to join the Too Good To Go network through acquisition meetings.
- Supporting in-store implementation by defining processes and training teams.
- Managing partnerships through follow-up meetings and optimization initiatives.
- Building relationships with regional managers to facilitate expansion.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in sales or business development.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills.
- Autonomous and comfortable working independently.
- Excellent listening abilities and a proactive approach.
- Structured, organized, and results-driven.
- Fluent in French; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail is a significant advantage.
