Awin is seeking a Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist to join their project team involved in the implementation of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot). The candidate will work within the CRM department, reporting to the CRM Engineering Manager, and will be responsible for user management, maintenance, and feature rollout. Role involves:
  • Designing and implementing automated email journeys.
  • Supporting migration from legacy mailing clients to Pardot.
  • Ensuring correct sync with other Salesforce Clouds.
  • Managing Marketing Automation in collaboration with Marketing and Sales.
  • Training end-users.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement or Marketing Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and its connection to Account Engagement.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing strategy and automation.
  • Familiarity with Lead lifecycle management.
  • Digital Marketing or Martech background.
  • Customer and service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work autonomously and provide timely feedback.
  • Certification as a Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist/Consultant or Marketing Cloud Administrator (a plus).
  • B2B Marketing Analytics or Analytics Studio knowledge (a plus).
