Senior Software Engineer (Hard Tech)

XP Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Risk and Variable Income Trading teams. Requirements:
• Proficiency in backend programming languages (C#, C++).
• Experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Redis, MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud environments (Azure), messaging tools (Kafka, Rabbit), and microservices.
• Experience with unit and integration testing.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and agile methodologies.
• Residence in São Paulo and surrounding area.
