The company is looking for a Product Designer to join their team in São Paulo. The company started in 2001 and has grown into a large ecosystem of financial services, media, and education.
As Product Designer, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring the voice of service agents in the construction of solutions in the interfaces of internal and service platforms, being responsible for the entire design process (conception, implementation and monitoring of results). They will have the opportunity to work autonomously from discovery to implementation.
Role Involves:
- Representing the voice of service agents within the product structures and planning.
- Conducting user research and market analysis.
- Applying knowledge in service design to optimize the customer journey.
- Translating complex ideas into intuitive and scalable solutions.
- Designing and validating flows and prototypes using our design system and Figma.
- Supporting the construction/execution of the roadmap.
- Collaborating with other designers, product managers, developers, stakeholders.
- Organizing documentation of all deliverables.
Requirements:
- Experience executing tests and research with users.
- Experience developing flows and mind maps.
- Knowledge in data and metrics-based processes.
- Experience in agile dynamics ceremonies.
- Knowledge in methodologies for product creation such as design thinking.
- Experience creating interactions and navigable prototypes for web and mobile.
- Knowledge about Design System.
- Experience developing technical specifications for engineers.
- Experience supporting strategic design decisions, bringing insights related to new features and functions.
- Experience collaborating with digital projects and products focusing on business results.
