This role involves collaborating with Commercial leadership to enhance the Sales Funnel and drive business efficiency.Wellhub is a corporate wellness platform with a global team in 11 countries. - Executing and scaling planning processes
- Monitoring metrics and proactively surface insights to commercial leaders
- Developing data-driven decisions on topics including forecasting, growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement, sales incentive design, and usage mix analysis
Requirements: - Experience in Sales Operations and/or at a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company or comparable experience
- Advanced/Fluent in English
- Experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses
- Concise communication skills
