Wellhub is seeking a Sales Strategy & Performance Sr. Manager to join their Partner Ops team in São Paulo, Brazil. This role involves collaborating with Commercial leadership to enhance the Sales Funnel and drive business efficiency.Wellhub is a corporate wellness platform with a global team in 11 countries.   • Executing and scaling planning processes
  • Monitoring metrics and proactively surface insights to commercial leaders
  • Developing data-driven decisions on topics including forecasting, growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement, sales incentive design, and usage mix analysis
Requirements:
  • Experience in Sales Operations and/or at a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company or comparable experience
  • Advanced/Fluent in English
  • Experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses
  • Concise communication skills
