Job Description
Viral Nation is seeking an Account Manager to play a key role in the execution of the agency's client programs. The Account Manager will work closely with the Client Services teams and the COE (Center of Excellence) to implement social-first marketing strategies that achieve client objectives. They will be responsible for successful project delivery, overseeing Account Coordinators and Account Executives from project initiation through campaign completion.
Responsibilities:
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding influencer and social media marketing trends.
- Translating client goals into actionable tasks.
- Managing influencer content, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
- Executing strategies for influencer marketing, content, and community management.
- Preparing status reports for clients.
- Working within account budget parameters.
- Participating in the presentation process.
Requirements:
- Fluency in either Hindi or Punjabi
- Knowledge of the APAC influencer market.
- 3+ years experience in advertising, influencer marketing, or social media.
- Experience working as part of an inter-agency team (IAT).
- Experience developing and executing successful client programs.
- Direct experience with social media tools and platforms.
- Passion for influencer marketing.
