Client Delivery Advocate - Analyst

iCapital is seeking a Client Delivery Advocate Analyst to join the Data Solutions team in Hong Kong. This role involves a mix of finance and technology, requiring the individual to be comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality, accurate products on a time-sensitive basis.Responsibilities include:

• Financial Reporting and Data Aggregation tools
• Analyzing and explaining portfolio performance results
• Conducting account level reconciliation
• Analyzing private equity and hedge fund statements for input into system
• Consolidating data from multiple sources and custodians
• Providing accurate and timely statements and data entry
• Generating reports as needed
• Working with clients and partners to resolve data issues
• Developing and strengthening client relationships
• Maintaining software maintenance, system setup and configuration

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, or a related field
• Excellent customer relations skills
• Strong organizational and self-motivation skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfort with technology and software tools
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Knowledge of liquid and alternative investments
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) and English
