Payhawk, a leading global spend management solution, is seeking a Product Operations Manager to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across its Product and Engineering functions. The Product Operations Manager will be instrumental in managing and optimizing tools and platforms, as well as implementing and refining processes.

The Product Operations Manager responsibilities include:

  • Implement, maintain and optimize systems and tools used by the Product team to enhance their productivity.
  • Lead projects that are orthogonal to the responsibilities of Product Managers and drive PM’s input to these projects.
  • Implement, maintain and optimize processes to improve product team efficiency that are decentralized and run by each product area.
  • Run selected centralized routine processes.
  • Manage internal stakeholders (PM, Engineering, PMM, SE, etc.) to collect requirements, drive projects and give visibility on the projects.

Payhawk requires that candidate:

  • Has at least 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, or in a similar role
  • Has strong ability in understanding problems based on multiple inputs
  • Has strong ability in prioritizing on what needs to be done now, next, later, never
  • Has hands on approach in creating and optimizing processes
  • Has systems thinking and ability to implement and optimize tooling
  • Masters of project management tools such as Jira
  • Is confident working with data
