iCapital is seeking a Client Delivery Specialist Associate to join its Data Solutions team in Hong Kong. This role involves a blend of finance and technology, focusing on setting up and maintaining financial software applications, assisting clients, and contributing to special projects. The Client Delivery Specialist Associate plays a role in building an innovative company.

Responsibilities include:
  • Analyzing and explaining portfolio performance results.
  • Conducting account level reconciliation.
  • Performing analysis of private equity and hedge fund statements.
  • Resolving data issues with clients and partners.
  • Client onboarding.
  • Client account setup and training.
  • Providing day-to-day support and issue management.
  • System setup and configuration.
  • Creating custom reports.
  • Liaising with vendor partners for system and data issues.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree from an undergraduate program.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments.
  • Experience with RIA/Wealth management policies, procedures, and client service.
  • Experience working with wirehouses or custodians.
  • Comfortable with technology, software tools, and applications.
  • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Fluency in Chinese (both Mandarin & Cantonese) and English.

Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
