MaintainX, the world's leading Asset and Work Intelligence platform, is seeking a Director, LATAM to build out its LATAM Sales Team. This role is crucial for ensuring the success of Account Executives through coaching, mentorship, and guidance. The Director will be responsible for setting performance expectations, enhancing processes, and providing regular feedback. This position requires active participation in collaboration with AEs to secure business.
  • Manage day-to-day team operations.
  • Create and implement efficient processes.
  • Remove obstacles preventing team goals.
  • Help drive overall LATAM market strategy.
  • Manage hiring, onboarding, and performance.
  • Provide consistent coaching and pipeline reviews.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Implement strategic processes and outbound sales programs.
  • Experience working within Mexico and other LATAM countries.
  • Experience building sales teams and strategy collaboration.
  • Manufacturing/Industrial experience.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience leading Account Executive teams.
  • Track record of success in SaaS or B2B sales leadership.
