The Support Specialist will work directly with clients from various sports and organizations, including notable competitions like the German 1. Bundesliga, English Premier League, and Belgian Pro League. This role requires candidates to live within commuting distance of the Barcelona office and be available to work from the office at least three days per week.

Role Involves:

  • Answering users’ questions via phone, video conferences, and emails.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
  • Relaying solutions with a clear and human approach.
  • Working weekends and handling requests through multiple channels.

Requirements:
