Job Description
iCapital is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Vice President to join their Data Solutions team. This role focuses on expanding iCapital's presence in the US wealth channel, specifically targeting RIA and Family Office clients. The individual will drive new business initiatives, acquire new clients, create presentations, develop market strategies, and help negotiate contracts.Role involves:
  • Identifying and driving new opportunities with new and existing clients.
  • Maintaining alignment with reporting teams and specialists.
  • Developing relationships with Wealth Managers, Family Offices, and high net worth individuals.
  • Promoting a consultative approach to acquire new enterprise accounts.
  • Educating clients on iCapital’s technology capabilities.
  • Providing pipeline updates and reports.
  • Communicating client feedback to improve solutions and client experience.
  • Leading platform demonstrations, responding to RFPs, and collaborating on client launches.
Requirements:
  • 10-15+ years of experience in business development/relationship management.
  • Experience in financial services or financial technology.
  • Experience with alternative investments, structured investments, and/or annuities.
  • Strong experience with performance reporting platforms and data management.
  • Track record of building client relationships.
  • Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Client service skills.
