Business Analyst, PMRA

Job Description

Point72 is seeking a Business Analyst and Project Manager to join their Technology team. This role involves managing a multi-year initiative to build a new platform for managing employee compensation.He will work in close collaboration with Finance, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams, ensuring that business requirements are met and project execution aligns with agile methodologies.

• Manage project communication, deliverables, issues, and dependencies.
• Partner with the Finance team to understand requirements and create functional designs.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality Assurance teams.
• Perform testing and analysis of project deliverables.
• Gather, document, and translate user requirements into technical designs and wireframes.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a business analyst/project manager.
• Experience managing technology projects using agile practices.
• Experience leading UX and functional design sessions.
• Ability to analyze data and query databases.
• Knowledge of SQL and data modeling.
• Experience with testing and defining test scripts.
• Excellent communication skills.
