Job Description
Bellroy is seeking a Senior Sales Coordinator to support its expanding network of retailers, distributors, and agents across APAC & EMEA. The Export Sales Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for export partners, providing support, processing orders, sharing updates, and assisting with systems and processes. The role involves close collaboration with internal logistics and operations teams to ensure stock availability and timely order fulfillment.
  • Processing orders in NuOrder
  • Responding to inquiries about order status, clarifying SKU codes, pricing, product availability, or payment details
  • Coordinating with the Director of Export Sales to prepare for international trade shows
  • Checking on inventory availability and updating distributors on shipping timelines
  • Creating customized line sheets in NuOrder
  • Supporting virtual sales meetings, prepping materials, assisting with presentations, and capturing key takeaways
  • Attending weekly sales catch-ups to align on distributor needs and priorities
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales coordination or customer support (ideally with B2B partners), with strong commercial awareness
  • Understanding of the broader business sales strategy, client needs, and business goals
  • Ability to communicate clearly and adaptively with international partners
  • Resilience and emotional maturity in handling stress and feedback constructively
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple priorities with steadiness
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using tools like CRM systems, Google Sheets, Slack, and Asana
