Bellroy is seeking a highly organized Export Sales Coordinator to support its expanding network of retailers, distributors, and agents across APAC & EMEA. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for export partners, providing support and resources to ensure their success. The role involves close collaboration with internal logistics and operations teams to manage stock and order fulfillment.

Role involves:

  • Responding to partner inquiries and processing orders
  • Sharing updates and materials with partners
  • Assisting partners in navigating systems and processes
  • Coordinating with logistics and operations teams
  • Preparing for international trade shows
  • Supporting virtual sales meetings

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in sales coordination or customer support, ideally with B2B partners
  • Ability to communicate clearly with international partners, adapting to different cultural and business expectations
  • Calmness under pressure and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets, Slack, and Asana
  • Collaborative mindset and relationship-building skills
