Responsibilities:

  • Ensure content accuracy and reflects updates within 48 hours.
  • Optimize content for SEO and internal searchability.
  • Provide training materials for the Enablement team.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in technical writing or content management.
  • Familiarity with customer support operations and ticketing systems.
  • Proficiency in knowledge base tools like Zendesk Guide, Confluence, or similar.
