iCapital is seeking a VP, Business Management, Strategic Initiatives & Analytics to join its APAC Business Management & Operations Team. This role is crucial for scaling the business and driving growth initiatives across Asia. The VP will lead a team, support KPI development, and provide strategic recommendations. iCapital is a financial technology platform transforming alternative investment access for advisors, wealth management firms, asset managers, and banks.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage a Business Management, Strategic Initiatives & Analytics team.
  • Support the creation and implementation of KPIs.
  • Lead strategic planning and provide recommendations on market penetration.
  • Develop and optimize reporting frameworks.
  • Execute strategic initiatives to drive growth.
  • Mobilize cross-functional teams around objectives.
  • Analyze industry trends and present findings to senior management.
  • Prepare business updates for senior management.


Requirements:
  • Strong academic credentials in Finance or a related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
  • Experience managing a high-performing team.
  • Strong understanding of finance and data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to establish cross-functional connections.
  • Deep understanding of Asset- and Wealth Management industries.
  • Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, and/or Korean a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce also a plus.
