iCapital Network is seeking an Analyst to join its International Client Solutions team in the Asia Pacific region. This role supports the business development activities of iCapital, focusing on Banks/Wealth Managers, Asset Managers, and Alternative Asset Managers in the region. The Analyst will contribute to the execution of iCapital’s international expansion strategy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Responsibilities include:
- Cultivating and maintaining internal relationships within iCapital.
- Supporting the International Client Solutions team in executing the business development strategy.
- Serving as a point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
- Managing diverse support tasks, including coordinating RFPs and DDQs.
- Maintaining and updating the CRM system.
- Performing other administrative duties and ad-hoc projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid academic credentials in a relevant field.
- 2 years of work experience in the Asset- or Wealth Management industry.
- Understanding of funds, Private Markets or other Alternative Investments, and Wealth Management distribution model.
- Entrepreneurial approach to managing tasks with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Highly collaborative, and an initiative-taker who is adaptive, well-organized, detail-oriented and committed to delivering excellent client services.
- Ability to work independently with a strong appetite to work in a fast growing, entrepreneurial environment, are self-motivated, with a hands-on attitude.
- Fluent spoken and written English is essential.
- Additional Asian languages is/are a plus.
