iCapital is seeking an Assistant Vice President to join their Client Solutions EMEA team. This role supports the business development activities of iCapital, focusing on Wealth Managers in France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, and French-speaking Switzerland. The ideal candidate will contribute to iCapital’s international expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Support business development strategy for iCapital.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective Wealth Manager clients.
- Execute Wealth Manager onboarding, working with Legal & Compliance.
- Nurture strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Educate clients on Private Markets/Alternatives and articulate iCapital’s solutions.
- Provide feedback on competitive landscape and investor trends.
- Build internal relationships within iCapital.
- Serve as the relationship manager and deliver an exceptional client experience.
Requirements:
- Solid academic credentials in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in the Asset- or Wealth Management industry.
- Exposure to Private Equity and/or other Private Markets asset classes.
- Proactive approach to managing projects.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Collaborative with strategic thinking.
- Business proficiency in English is a must; proficiency in French is highly advantageous.
- Experience with CRM software is welcome.
- Ability to work independently.
