Intern - People Team at Inbank

Inbank is seeking a People Team Intern to support their HR team with administrative and operational tasks. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR processes, employee engagement, and compliance within a dynamic environment. The intern will work alongside a team of 440+ people across offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic.

Role Involves:

• Maintaining and updating employee records in HR systems.
• Assisting in planning and coordinating internal events.
• Supporting benefit research and helping monitor the HR budget.
• Collaborating on building a model for controlling the social fund budget.
• Archiving and managing HR compliance documentation.
• Coordinating and monitoring event-related expenses.

Requirements:

• Currently studying or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Enthusiastic about HR and eager to learn.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills and fluency in data management are a plus.
• A solid understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel).
• A can-do and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (Czech is a plus).
