Senior Software Engineer

Job Description

Fluxon is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their product development team. Fluxon partners with visionary companies, including tech leaders like Google and Stripe, to develop innovative products. The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for driving end-to-end implementations, collaborating with the team, and engaging with clients to understand business goals.

The role involves:

• Driving end-to-end implementations to the user
• Collaborating with the team to build and iterate
• Engaging directly with clients to understand business goals
• Informing product requirements and identifying technical designs
• Communicating progress and challenges
• Performing code reviews and cross-feature validations
• Providing mentorship

Requirements include:

• 3+ years of industry experience in software development
• Experience with the full product lifecycle (CI/CD, testing, release management, etc.)
• Fluency in software design patterns and scalable system architectures
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
