iCapital is seeking a Vice President to manage relationships with Fund Administrator service providers for the company's largest Asset and Wealth Management clients. This role, within iCapital’s International Product Development team, will support the company's global expansion by managing and developing third-party partnerships, including transfer agents and fund administrators.Responsibilities:
- Create a strategic business plan for operational coverage of service providers.
- Identify, prioritize, and execute business opportunities for collaboration.
- Serve as a senior relationship stakeholder for partnerships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior leaders.
- Collaborate with parties to ensure effective execution of goals.
- Collaborate with management to determine reporting requirements.
- Organize meetings with partners to review relationship status.
- Detailed knowledge of the European/global alternative fund administrator function.
- 8+ years of experience in an administrator, preferably in business development or relationship management.
- Strong commercial knowledge of industry standards.
- Existing relationships and ability to build strong relationships.
- Demonstrated project management and detail-orientation.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial approach with problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Highly collaborative, with experience in a matrix global organization.
- Positive attitude and desire to work in a fast-growing environment.
- Self-motivated with high ethical standards.
- Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
