Product Development and Structuring - Assistant Vice President at iCapital

iCapital is seeking an accomplished Assistant Vice President to join their APAC Product Development and Structuring Team. The role will be based in Hong Kong and will focus on supporting APAC clients in accessing alternative investments.

The Assistant Vice President will play a pivotal role in managing the product structuring and fund launch process, providing technical insights into structuring specifically tailored for major APAC markets. They will collaborate with top global alternative investment managers and key regional financial institutions, overseeing the entire product launch cycle to ensure optimized fund offerings that align with client needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or master’s degree
• Experience in the funds industry
• Experience or interest in private markets
• Knowledge of the private wealth market in the major jurisdictions in APAC is a significant advantage
• A positive attitude and a desire to work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to be detailed and task-oriented, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing assignments effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in other Asian language is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in using relevant project planning tools
