Project Manager - Product Development and Structuring at iCapital

iCapital is seeking a Project Manager to support its global expansion in the Product Development and Structuring department. The candidate will be based in Lisbon and will report to a member of the International Product Development and Structuring team. This role involves helping to develop iCapital’s global offering, supporting product launches and lifecycles of private market alternative investment funds. The responsibilities include working on both feeder/conduit funds and direct investing funds, particularly focusing on evergreen funds.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver projects related to onboarding new products onto iCapital´s Global Marketplace and similar platforms.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams, such as Implementation Specialists, International Legal, and Asset Manager Solutions.
• Oversee timelines and ensure successful completion of projects.
• Provide project management support for other fund related product launches.
• Oversee the preparation of marketing materials and coordinate pitch deck creation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to facilitate reporting services and production of PRIIPs KIDs.
• Assist in fund cost modelling during the pitching phase.
• Ensure timely registrations of products across relevant fund jurisdictions and markets.

Requirements:

• Solid academic background with a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in a product role within an alternatives, asset, or wealth manager.
• Experience in private markets and other alternative funds.
• Understanding of the lifecycle and operational processes of alternative investments.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize assignments.
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a desire to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in English required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
