Senior Manager, CDD Operations

Job Description

OKX is seeking a Senior Manager for CDD Operations to lead the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) team in the EEA region. This role involves leading teams in Hungary and Malta, covering KYC, KYB, EDD, screening, and periodic reviews. The Senior Manager will report to the EEA Head of Compliance Operations and collaborate with various stakeholders.Responsibilities:

• Lead a CDD team of over 40 people in Hungary and Malta.
• Provide strategic direction and training for EEA CDD processes.
• Develop and maintain KYC/KYB policies and controls.
• Manage team performance and ensure service level standards are met.
• Liaise with Compliance and other stakeholders.
• Oversee new client onboarding and improve client experience in EEA.
• Monitor periodic reviews to meet regulatory requirements.
• Prepare onboarding metrics and progress reports.
• Maintain legal and customer data in accordance with European Regulations.

Requirements:

• 8 years of experience running a CDD team in the financial service industry.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of business, operations, and risk functions.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have:

• ACAMS or ICA certification.
