VML & Ogilvy Japan GK is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a Music Festival sponsorship and a Brand National Launch for an FMCG client. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, ensuring asset approvals, and maintaining stakeholder alignment. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex workflows.
The role involves:
- Overseeing project planning and execution for event-related materials and activations.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for the FMCG Client and agency teams.
- Ensuring all assets are uploaded in the designated folder and coordinating approvals.
- Setting up internal review meetings and coordinating client meetings for proposal reviews.
- Capturing and sending meeting minutes, summarizing key discussions and next steps.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of project management experience in advertising, marketing, or event planning.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns, media planning, and event sponsorships.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Workfront (or similar project management tools).
- Fluent in business English, with ideally N3-level Japanese proficiency.
