Job Description
AXS is seeking a Client Services Specialist to join their Theaters and Residencies Division. This role is based in Los Angeles, California, and involves providing top-notch service and support to clients at box offices nationwide. The Client Services Specialist will act as a relationship manager and tech support, advising and assisting ticketing venue partners while supporting all AXS products and services.

Role involves:
  • Working with client Box Office/Ticketing managers to understand their unique challenges.
  • Developing expertise on all AXS products and services.
  • Responding to support and service requests from clients.
  • Facilitating the sharing of best practices and offering advice on event and promotion configuration.
  • Tracking and reporting all client interactions to ensure high-quality service.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical support issues.
  • Assisting with event and promotion configuration for full-service clients.

Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of live event ticketing and event programming experience.
  • High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Proven ability to quickly master new end-user software applications.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to provide service in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to successfully handle multiple priorities and complete tasks in a timely manner.
