Dataiku, a leader in the AI revolution, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their team in Zurich, Switzerland. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in pre-sales activities, collaborating with the sales team to qualify deals and demonstrate the value of Dataiku's platform to potential customers.
Responsibilities: - Qualify deals in collaboration with the sales team.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer requirements.
- Articulate usage scenarios that showcase the business value of Dataiku.
- Design and create demonstrations, Proofs-of-Concept (POCs), and evaluations.
- Execute demonstrations, POCs, and evaluations, coordinating resources.
- Provide technical guidance and answer questions from the customer's technical team.
- Assist in sales pipeline building activities.
- Provide regular updates and participate in continuous development activities.
Requirements: - Strong natural and intellectual curiosity.
- Experience in technical pre-sales, preferably in a high-growth environment.
- Experience in value-oriented selling of product and platform solutions.
- Familiarity with data storage and computing infrastructure (SQL, NoSQL, Kubernetes, Spark, etc.).
- Comfortable talking to all levels of customer teams.
- Experience in Analytics/AI or other enterprise software.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, growing company.
