Elite Technology is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive and coordinate cross-functional projects within their Cloud Operations team. The Technical Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cloud operations projects to increase the efficiency of operations and services. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cloud services remain robust and agile and applying IT Service Management (ITSM) processes to drive continuous improvement in service delivery and operational excellence.

What this role involves:

  • Overseeing multiple cloud operations projects concurrently.
  • Planning and executing strategic and cross-functional cloud initiatives.
  • Developing, implementing, and managing operational processes.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and leading initiatives.
  • Collaborating with Engineering, DevOps, Product, Support, and Services teams.
  • Implementing and refining ITSM frameworks.
  • Establishing robust incident management processes.
  • Developing and tracking key operational metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing technical programs in a cloud operations or related environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and implementing ITSM/ITIL processes.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and modern cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies, automation tools, and monitoring systems.
  • Experience with ITSM frameworks, including incident, change, and problem management.
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
