Senior Product Designer - Design System

Culture Amp is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its Design Systems team. In this role, the Senior Product Designer will shape the future of the Culture Amp platform by developing and evolving the design system. This system empowers product teams to deliver cohesive, accessible, and high-quality experiences with efficiency and innovation.Culture Amp is looking for someone to lead efforts to align the design system with their broader product strategy, including deeper platform unification and AI integration. In this role, the person will collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate contributions to the design system.Responsibilities:

• Shaping the Future Vision: Develop and communicate a design system roadmap.
• Evolving the Design System: Create and maintain reusable components, principles, patterns, and workflows.
• Facilitating Collaboration: Build strong cross-functional partnerships and champion adoption of the design system.
• Embedding Strategic Alignment: Align the design system with company objectives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a product design role, with 2+ years in a design system role
• High proficiency in Figma and a strong understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks).
• Deep knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), usability principles, and systems thinking.
• Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and advocacy skills.
