Engineering Team Lead

Culture Amp is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to join their Team Employee Profile in Sydney. The successful candidate will guide a small team in delivering high-priority product outcomes, focusing on making the Performance product market-leading. They will promote simple and fair performance management, reduce bias, and increase transparency.

The role involves people leadership, technical leadership, and delivery. The Engineering Team Lead will empower and mentor engineers, solve complex problems, and remove blockers.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing innovative technical solutions.
• Communicating technical solutions with the team and stakeholders.
• Mentoring and developing a team of engineers.
• Prioritizing the product roadmap and sharing timelines.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of systems architecture and programming.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing stakeholders and leading engineers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
