Senior Data Engineer - Data Intelligence - Realtime Analytics Platform at Culture Amp

Culture Amp is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join their Real Time Analytics Platform Team. This role is within the Data Intelligence Camp and focuses on building a platform that enables product teams to create high-quality, data-driven products.

The Senior Data Engineer will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of Culture Amp's real-time analytics platform. They will design and build APIs, ensure data privacy and security, and contribute to maintaining data warehouse solutions. The successful candidate will also set quality standards for the team, improve internal customer experience, and drive technical excellence.

Role involves:

• Operation and maintenance of real-time analytics platform
• Designing and building performant data APIs
• Setting and elevating quality standards
• Improving internal customer experience

Requirements:

• Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., CDK or Terraform, AWS preferred)
• Excellent SQL skills
• Experience operating and maintaining data warehouse solutions (e.g., Clickhouse, Redshift)
• Proven experience in modern data management practices and tools (ETL/ELT, data quality, governance, monitoring)
